I’ve Been There.

My professional journey of chasing success and luxury while working for large multinationals, and my personal journey of coming from a broken home and finding love in the wrong place, had left me paralysed with all questions and no answers. I knew I wanted more, but I didn’t know what that looked like.

It wasn’t until I took a breathwork retreat that I found my peace. I realised my need for a higher, creative calling, and I had to dig deep to find my inner child and release her. It is through this experience that I’ve had to learn the first and most important lesson – self-love. Now, I have become acutely aware of the energy coming from within myself.

That’s why I’ve been in the energy healing field for the past ten years, gaining invaluable experience to help you access this same healing and spirituality with ease. After thousands of hours working in transformative breathwork, reiki, pranic healing, and theta healing, I have developed a finely-tuned intuition and a deep sense of compassion to create a safe, healing space for your unique story to awaken and thrive.
