The Healing Power of

BREATHWORK

Everything in awakened self

Learn about
Breathwork

Breathwork is not just delivering oxygen to our muscles and organs; it also draws in the life-force energy that helps us release, reset, and restore our physical and mental state of being. Breathwork opens the body, unlocks our potential, and is the gateway into our subconscious mind.

Breathwork is an accessible and powerful therapeutic technique that helps people tap into their subconscious minds and explore their own belief systems. There are many forms, but at its core, breathwork is essentially circular, connected, and conscious breathing over a given period of time.

Anne is extremely passionate about breathwork due to its simplicity, accessibility, and honesty of the experience. You breathe, you go deep, you see, feel and grow. With hundreds of hours practicing and hosting group sessions, Anne knows that anyone can benefit greatly from a guided breathwork experience. As an energy healer and a breathwork facilitator, she provides a safe space for you to breathe and reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and your higher consciousness.

Is breathwork safe?

Breathwork is a low-risk therapy that is combining consciousness, breathing, and relaxation, with no other intervention involved. Breathwork is safe and you can do it as often as you like with proper guidance.

However, if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, severe asthma, epilepsy, seizures, mental illness, it is recommended to discuss your medical conditions with your doctor and your breathwork facilitator before the session.

Is breathwork the same as hyperventilating?

No. Breathwork is conducted in a safe environment. You are always in control of your breath. We try to breathe in as much oxygen as possible in a controlled way. Hyperventilating is when you are not inhaling enough oxygen, exhaling too much CO2, and usually caused by anxiety or panic.
